1. Equity Stocks

Medical Account Receivables:
The note is secured by medical account receivables, and offers high interest payment. The note will have a first priority claim against the collateral pledged. Issuer acquires healthcare accounts receivable and other assets related to the healthcare industry, such as receivable owed to a doctor’s office by insurance companies for Medical purpose.

Energy Debenture :
Acquire and hold for investment Oil & Gas Working & Royalty Interests and other energy related assets. Quality investment program specializes in capitalizing on high growth, and high return opportunities in the energy sector. It invests in a diversified pool of energy-based assets in the US market to provide risk-adjusted, double-digit performance. Rigorous due diligence before each asset acquisition, close performance monitoring and periodic reporting, and active seeking opportunities to achieve cash flow potential

Credit Card Receivable Fund :
The Fund earns its return by providing a line of credit secured by credit card receivables. The secured line is used to purchase credit card receivables at a discount from merchants. Receivables are collected daily from approved processing banks of VISA, MasterCard, and American Express etc. Statements will be notarized and audited by CPA, and funds will be monitored by custodian bank.

Energy Fund of Fund :
Invest in related issued energy funds; with negative correlation between targeted funds. Targeted energy fund would focus on futures, energy development, and public utility energy development.

Life Insurance Policy Fund :
Cautiously defined and screened life insurance policies as collateral. The fund has Short term investment, and high return fixed income. Insurance policies will be notarized and audited by CPA, and funds will be monitored by custodian bank.

Tax Lien Income Fund :

Customers can choose to use dividend reinvestment or dollar cost averaging to best suit their individual investment style.
